Q1: Do I need to register an account for any purchases?

A1: It is not a must to register an account for any purchases.

 

Q2: Can I use CayCan&Co. straps for watches with integrated bracelet design, such as AP's Royal Oak, PP's Nautilus, Tissot's PRX?

A2: Unfortunately our straps are with the flat strap end and made to fit regular watches.

 

Q3: Can I use my original watch buckle/clasp on CayCan&Co. straps?

A3: As long as your buckle can fit perfectly with our straps, otherwise, we recommend you to use our "Universal Fit" clasp/buckle.

 

Q4: How long does it take to receive the product after I place an order?

A4: We will take 3-10 business days to process the order. For HK and China region, it will only take 1-2 days to arrive after we ship.
