We process strict quality check to make sure the items are in perfect condition before we ship to you. Unfortunately as leather straps and clasps are consumable items, we do not provide any warranty for it. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during the shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us for reshipping.

Shipping: 
We provide free shipping to China, HKSAR and Macau SAR if your purchase is over USD$80. For purchases below USD$80, a shipping fee of USD$10 will be charged.

Insurance: 
ByWatching.com will provide insurance coverage for the items that we sell and ship.
