Shipping policy

 

We currently provide local and oversea international delivery service. After we receive the tracking order number from the shipping company, we will then share the assigned tracking number for you to track your order.

SHIPPING:

The time of processing an order can take 3-10 business days. Once payment is received, further confirmation, testing and documenting occurs at our fulfillment center before being shipped out.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:

We are able to ship internationally to most of the countries, please do check carefully during the checkout process and see whether your home country is on the list for delivery or not.

SHIPPING FEE & FREE SHIPPING:

• USD$10 will be charged as shipping fee for purchase below USD$79.9.
• We provide FREE SHIPPING when the purchase (after any discount) is over USD$80.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Unfortunately at this time we are not shipping to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. Please also note that our 3-10 business days air and ground shipping excludes weekends and/or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL (If applicable):

Majority of international orders will be subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations which are specific to each country. These regulations are solely the customer’s responsibility. For more information on this, please contact your local customs office. 

INSURANCE:

ByWatching.com only provides shipping insurance. (Package lost, damaged or stolen in transit.) Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns about shipping.
